#10 The Nine
It looks like I need to include at least one cancelled show on my lists every year. I was enjoying this Lost-like show until it got cancelled.

#9 Friday Night Lights
This show should be higher up, but I’ve only watched a few episodes throughout the year, but when I do watch the show, I see why everybody loves it.

#8 The War at Home
There’s no sophomore slump here. This show is still one of the funniest sitcoms on TV.

#7 My Name is Earl
Jason Lee is awesome as Earl Hickey, a redneck who wants to right all the wrong he did. This season has picked up right where the first season left off without a hitch.

#6 The Loop
There were only a handful of episodes, but they were great. The hilarious comedy is a part of this show’s greatness, but the key to its success is if they continue to have Sarah Mason shaking her ass on top of a surface in every episode, like they have thus far.

#5 Scrubs
I stopped watching this show for the last few seasons due to work and school, but this year I got back into and was reminded of just how great its has always been.

#4 The Office
Season 3 has been probably the best one to date with the merger of the two offices and watching Michael getting into more hot water.

#3 How I Met Your Mother
It only dropped a little bit of its comedic charm, but it is still the funniest show on TV right now. The single greatest moment of this show was the getting the tour of the legendary Barney’s apartment.

#2 Heroes
The best new show involves a hot cheerleader, a time traveling geek, a heroine addict who can paint the future, a cop who can hear other people’s thoughts and many more regular people finding out that they have extraordinary powers. The show is simply brilliant.

#1 Lost
Despite the breaks during the second season and only 6 episodes for the third season, this show is still the best thing on television. The second season dropped a bit, but they made amends for it by blowing everybody’s mind in the season finale, taking the show to a whole new level.
